The owner/operators are Julia (previosly of the original and wild Bayou Cafe, Grey Lynn) and Bobbie of no particular fame!

Julia has been in hospitality longer than she cares to remember, running her own succcessful outlets including the original Bayou Cafe - voted Best BYO in Auckland for several years.

Bobbie has been involved in hospitality for the last five years and compliments Julia's experience.
